At Your Bloom Designs LLC, we are committed to providing our customers with fresh, beautiful floral arrangements and excellent service. Please review our store policies below:

1. Orders & Payment

All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and cash.

Custom orders may require a deposit (50%) before preparation begins.

2. Delivery Policy

Local deliveries are available within Daly City and surrounding areas.

Delivery fees vary based on distance and will be calculated at checkout.

Customers must provide accurate delivery addresses and recipient contact information.

If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe location or returned to the shop for pickup.

3. Pickup Policy

Customers may pick up orders during business hours.

Please present your order confirmation (digital or printed) upon pickup.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.

If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We may offer a replacement arrangement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds are not available once flowers have been accepted by the recipient.

5. Substitution Policy

We strive to match your order exactly, but seasonal availability may require substitutions.

We will ensure that the quality, value, and style remain consistent with your original selection.

6. Event & Wedding Orders

Event and wedding floral orders require a signed contract and 50% deposit.

Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event are non-refundable.
